Successfully market the company's catering truck in California by marketing it through social media, company websites, email blast and attending community events. I negotiate prices with the clients and submit contract to finalize the booking. Assist the operations department in preparing for the event such as setting up rentals if needed, staff the event, ordering food and logistics of the event.
