Analyze and Design residential and commercial developments. Water and sewer design models using HAESTAD Methods Software (Watercad). Lift Station, Utilities, Fire Design and Report preparation. Utilities coordination with government agencies. Drainage design and report preparation. Analyzing and modeling Hydraulic Systems using ICPR,Flowmaster and Stormcad software. Earthwork design and analysis using Microstation and Geopak softwares. Plans preparation and submittals for government agencies, FDOT, Water Management Districts, EPA and private companies. Storm Sewer design which includes Stormtab and Spread Analysis. Pond analysis and design with structures details preparation. Plan and profile preparation. Design and plans preparation for Outfall details. Culvert analysis & design using HY8 and FDOT Methodologies. Spreadsheets preparation for different engineering applications. Image and 3D models preparation in combination with GIS and Microstation Site Modeling. Part of the team to review the Roadway Design which include Vertical, Horizontal and superelevation analysis and plans preparation including profiles, cross sections, site plans, Pond Sitting Reports, Culvert and Summary drainage sheets.
