Daily Duties at Dollar Tree:

Over see the complete store operations. I manged in several stores as a trouble shooter. I would stay in each store approximately 4 to 6 months and move to the next stop. My last store however was 10 months. I did the hiring, training, banking, ordering, inventory and shrink control, scheduling and payroll.
