 Designed and implemented mainframe-to-midrange transition strategy for USDA. Consulted on program to advise and report on whether Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) rules were fair and open.  Designed and built Accessible Technology showcase facility in support of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and demonstrating the employability of individuals with disabilities.
