To insure owners that Saniel-Elkind put everything into maintaining full tenant occupancy using all media to advertise apartments during rental season; Assessed untility costs, maintenance costs and other expenses in order to give the owners the necessary information to raise rents appropriately; Worked with tenants having problems meeting the rent on time, setting up a payment schedule that they could handle; When necessary, filed landlord/tenant complaints on behalf of the owners in order to evict a tenant and replace them with new ones; Provided all owners with income and expense statements that were unique to Saniel-Elkind along with year end statements; Provided tenants with fast repair service; Hired all sub-contracters based on their bids and other works they had performed; Negotiated all sales; Worked with the Federal Housing Authority with the Section 8 housing program to provide apartments for their population; Supervised staff and kept a smooth running operation;
