Managed day-to day operations and personnel responsible for product development for delivery of 6 collections annually, Supervised development of samples in sample room. Scheduled production planning, managed inventory of raw materials. Planned and supervised In House production, cutting, sewing and shipping. Responsible for global sourcing of production and raw materials with Italy and China.
