Daily Duties at Greenview Hospital:
The first four months of employment, I worked as a Deficiency and Analysis Associate and for the last eight months, I worked as the Lead Deficiency and Analysis Associate. I placed the visits in order and tagged the incomplete areas for the physicians. After the physicians completed the deficiencies, I then updated the visit information in the computer and filed the chart. I also pulled physician lists, faxed medical record requests and assisted in the department wherever needed.
