Review all work assigned to team, assign work to each technician based on their abilities, diagnose and repair the most difficult problems that were assigned to team, track all work to ensure timely completion, quality control for all work completed by team, assist and instruct technicians as necessary, work closely with service advisor and service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and implementation of policies and directives within team.
