•Managed all administrative and operational functions to include accounts payable / receivable, equipment, inventory control / purchasing, and all financial reporting to include month - year budgets & reports, reporting utilized Microsoft applications and QuickBooks; oversaw budget up to $1,000,000; •Contracting and Liaison Officer for all government contracts; •Managed marketing and public relation procedures to include security programs, trade shows, proposal writing and Powerpoint presentations; •Managed all logistics for training on and off site to include catering, course schedule, instructors, lodging, and training venue; •Managed all proposal writing and course descriptions; utilized Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
