Daily Duties at Vadum Inc:
•Responsible for directing the accounting functions; these functions include establishing and maintaining the accounting principles, practices / procedure, month / year end reconciliation, month / year financial reports utilized Microsoft application and Quickbooks; •Responsible for daily accounting functions, these functions include contract invoicing, accounts payables / receivables and monitoring budgets; oversaw budget over $4,000,000; •Worked directly with the CEO in the corporate office for complacence and customer projects. •Responsible for directing all human resource functions, to include establishment and maintenance of the employee handbook, new hire paperwork / orientation, maintenance of employee files and payroll functions. •Coordinated and managed all corporate hospitality / meetings; •Coordinated all amenities and accommodations for corporate officers and staff members.
