Daily Duties at Tricom Communication Services:

•Responsible for daily and monthly accounting functions, these functions include budgets, collections, daily deposits, accounts payables / receivables, month end reconciliation and invoicing utilizing Microsoft application, Tigerpaw and QuickBooks; overseeing budget of $3,000,000; •Responsible for resolving customer disputes and customer projects in a cost effective manner; •Manage operations and daily procedures for the company; •Manage all administrative and operational functions for the business; •Responsible for directing all human resource functions, to include establishment and maintenance of the employee handbook, new hire paperwork / orientation, maintenance of employee files and payroll functions.
