Daily Duties at Citizen Watch Co. Of America:
Responsible for monitoring systems, operating AS400 equipment and peripherals. Additional skills in troubleshooting and maintaining PC hardware and software (Windows XP, Windows 7) both in person and by guiding remote users over the phone as necessary. This position required supporting over 300 remote and local users in the organization and occasionally worked in both office and warehouse environments necessary.
