Daily Duties at Sun West Custom Homes:
Spearheaded the construction of two custom homes (6,800 and 8,100 square feet) in Southern Highlands in Las Vegas, one of which was featured in the 2002 Street of Dreams. Developed 20.32 commercial acres, which involved all off and on sites, wets and dries, 104, 694 square feet of shell space and 68,152 square feet of tenant improvements. Played a key role in bringing the Hilton Garden Inn (a four-story building with 128 rooms) back on schedule.
