Daily Duties at American Premiere:
Handled bond remediation for five American Premiere projects, negotiating contracts and scheduling subcontractors for all land development/improvements. Worked closely with municipalities and engineers to submit, revise, and correct civil plans. Evaluated all potential sites to determine development and construction feasibility.
