Daily Duties at Xo Communications:
Meet measurable goals consistently over Maintain, grow existing top business accounts through strong relationships with customers. Focus on detail. Trouble shooting service outages, escalations. Interact with several contacts within company for technical, billing, and renewals. Develop strong rapport by follow up, detail and result driven attitude. Interface with internal and external customers. Self motivated and self disciplined asset to the team. Diplomatic result driven approach to problem solving. Strong customer advocate, good communication skills. Quarterly account reviews,includes existing products and services. Introduce added services, account renewal. Reference for new logos received through professionalism and proactive management approach. Excel in continued education - products, services, corporate etiquette, passing all assessments over 90%. I received two awards for learning events not required in my position and passing with 100%. Corporate Etiquette, Negotiations, Sales skills 201, Listening with Purpose. Commendations by customers were forwarded to management for my dedication, abillity to difuse negative situations, ie. outages, billing. Focus on Proactive account visits and interest in customer business plans contributed to added knowledge of customers growing needs. In negotiating contract renewals my interest in accounts was remarkable. A specific account intended to go out to bid prior to renewal but due to my involvment with the CFO, and VP, IT they decided to renew as well as add an initial $40,000 of monthly revenue 3 year term. As their company grew we received new locations and additional contracts. I was recognized throughout the West Region for this milestone.
