Provided expertise to Quality Management (QM) division, administering QM and proactive risk reduction for all facilities in Hudson Valley Region of New York. Provided on-site consultation to 25 facilities in areas of policy and procedure development, risk management, and quality improvement plans, focusing on incident prevention. Authored many technical reports; performed and reviewed multiple special investigations. Managed website; developed content and led technical implementation for internal use. Attended weekly department head meetings, providing input and receiving feedback regarding personal work.
