Daily Duties at Berkshire Training And Employment:
Operations Director July 1997-September 1999, Project Manager 1995-1997, Youth Activities Coordinator 1993-1995, Team Leader/Lead Case Coordinator 1992-1993, Young Parents Case Coordinator 1990-1992. Maintain daily supervision of operation staff. Responsible for reporting to Executive Director. Oversee personnel of up to seventy five providing employment, training and placement services under fifteen funding sources with an annual budget of four million dollars. Responsible for the development of policies and procedures to Department of Labor, Department of Transitional Assistance, AmeriCorps, etc. to comply with funding requirements. Develop and implement personnel policies to comply with Department of Labor and Transitional Assistance requirements. Update and certify EO and sexual harassment policies yearly for funding. Responsible for yearly evaluations andl HR functions of all staff under my supervision. Directly responsible for all agency services. Wrote and administered over fifteen various state and national competitive grants.
