Daily Duties at Spectra Capital:
Director of Marketing and Owner/Partner of multi-state mortgage lending broker. Business development with referral accounts, investors, retail lending banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders. I designed and performed presentations to groups in an effort to sign referral lending contracts. I designed, marketed and implemented a large variety of consumer and investor brochures and materials to add and expand existing business in the financial industry. I secured a crucial contract with a large western states bank corporation that consistently represents over $12 million in loan business for the company. Twice awarded, “Lender of the Year” among my peers of over 6,000 mortgage loan officer licensees. Managed staff of 20.
