Daily Duties at Am Management, Inc.:

All facets of corporate accounting through Financial Statements including day-to-day accounting functions. Prepared cash management and forecasting reports, bank interface regarding construction loans, depreciation, assisted with budgets; multiple partnerships. Intercompany transactions, payroll and related tax returns. Reported directly to the president. Journal entry preparation and general ledger maintenance. Interface with outside accountants.
