Goodrich, Vergennes, VT (8/2007 – 5/2009) ESS Technician Programmed computers and testing ovens to perform various quality control tests on aerospace parts. Trained new departmental employees on computer systems and testing procedures. Provided ongoing support as Database Administrator for the Finance department Goodrich, Vergennes, VT (4/2005 – 5/2008) Database Administrator Led group for design of Hyperion database creation and implementation in Finance department. Created and produced end-user and administrator documentation for all Hyperion products. Provided technical training with Hyperion database and reports for over 60 departmental managers and end-users. Monitored daily and monthly routines for upload/data integrity Created necessary calc scripts to enable accurate reporting
