PROVIDE FULL RANGE of excellent customer service with claim/billing issues. INTERACT/COMMUNICATE with customers regarding account information. PREPARE ITEMIZED STATEMENTS, bills and invoices and recorded amounts due for services rendered accurately. PERFORM BOOKKEEPING, including but not limited to: posting data and other records concerning costs of services. COMPUTE CREDIT TERMS, discounts and rates for services in order to complete billing documents. COMMUNICATE with insurance companies concerning outstanding/denied claims.
