Daily Duties at Raintree Clinic:

DIRECT DAILY OPERATIONS of all insurance and billing operations for multi-physician organization geared to meet the mental health needs of the military community and civilian counterparts. MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORD KEEPING of all confidential reports of individuals in custody within the penal system. ENSURE TIMELY AND ACCURARTE preparation/submission of all necessary court documents to attorneys on behalf of clientele. DESIGN AND FACILITATE COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING to mental health providers and staff on reimbursement procedures and medical billing requirements to include proper billing levels and coding. DEVELOP CRITERIA /PROCESS to resolve errors with billing and electronic claim submission issues. PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE/CLERICAL GUIDANCE to clients to ensure timely and correct submission of necessary paperwork within the judicial system. DESIGN AND FACILITATE staff training to ensure correct and timely submission of clean claims to ensure quicker retrieval of remittance. ANALYZE REPORTS to research and identify outstanding/ denied claims are handled appropriately.
