Daily Duties at Crispin Porter & Bogusky:
• Create compensation metric system to analyze and measure salary structures, incentive and equity budgets across the Agency, • design/implementation/monitoring of company compensation, base pay and benchmarking, regulatory compliance, and equity administration • Benefit structure – • Manage all FMLA which encompasses the creation of a calendar to efficiently track FMLA designated time, provide required documents and communication, effective conveyance with Payroll, and staying up to date with State and Federal Regulations. • Handle FSA program • Processed monthly and quarterly benefits-related reconciliation; including audits between Providers and HRIS to ensure data integrity, benefit deductions, benefit coverage; reconciling and paying monthly insurance. • Examine benefit utilization to ascertain factors that may be driving up cost in order to advise negotiating strategy. • Generates statistical and analytical reports from the HRIS system for managements use • Assume responsibility of I-9 procedures in compliance with State & Federal regulations; creating standard operating procedures to ensure forms are completed precisely, conducting quarterly audits, and enforcing tickler system to retain or purge terminations. • Support the implementation of ADP Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and conduct routine system audits to ensure accuracy of data and utilization of software. • Took charge of audit from Department of Labor: Decipher and consolidate years of raw data utilizing excel vlookup, pivot tables, and tools to formulate multifaceted calculations to determine average weekly hours worked and monies owed during a span of two years for misclassified Employees, saving the Company an estimated $375,000. • Create, test, and ensure to the implementation of new timesheet with rules, formulas, and calculations for Employees to track hours worked based on a fluctuating overtime schedule in order expedite efficiency with Payroll
