Daily Duties at Director Of Day Treatment Program. Fsa:
Act as team leader for Day Treatment staff, including chairing staff meetings weekly, assigning client load as needed, staff coverage as needed, overseeing documentation and clinical record keeping and coordinating transportation as needed. Provide direct client care, including intake and assessment as needed, individual, group and family therapy daily, crisis intervention as needed. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team on treatment planning and evaluating client’s progress. Provide case management services by assisting clients in accessing housing, financial, and medical and other records in accord with mandated standards of San Francisco Community Mental Health service. Supervise 75 clients and 10 employees.
