• Transferred to the JEDMICS program office to assist the client in establishing a dual software development process that would then merge into a single hybrid baseline. • Designed, developed and deployed an Operations Center that established financial, engineering, documentation, customer support and technology refresh departments. Expanded the center from five to more than 100 personnel in 18 months while providing systems architecture design services, software development, system integration, follow-on test and evaluation, documentation and customer support services. Program revenues exceeded $196 million.
