Daily Duties at Thought Works :
Managing the entire recruitment process, from strategic partnerships with senior management to determine staffing needs. Mentor junior recruiters and assist with helping them achieve their maximum potential. Responsible for developing, motivating and coaching the Recruiting Team. Ensure the consistency in building and maintaining a robust pool of candidates via referrals, direct sourcing, Internet sites and networking. Focus on developing recruitment strategies to assure the highest level of recruitment productivity. Expertise in hiring across different levels like Developers, Sr. Developers, Team Leads, Projects Managers & Technical Architects, Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Analysts. Expertise in Hiring Directly (More than 80% of the placements are directly from Referencing & Networking) & minimizing the recruitment costs substantially. Well acquainted with the Recruitment Life Cycle, Recruitment Objectives, Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Budgets Calculating the salary package based on the band specifications and expectations. Responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements. Recruitment, selection and placement of right people for the right job at the right time. Campus Activities Independently managing Campus Recruitments for Western India Region. Personally interacting with College TPO's and attending HR discussions and conferences. Involved in managing Object Boot Camp training for Graduates.
