Daily Duties at Johnson Controls Inc.:

Managed and administered multi-million dollar contracts for material handling equipment and MRO requirements, significantly increased profitability and efficiencies by restructuring contracts, Kanban inventory management and warehousing restructure. Conducted Material Requirements Planning for over 22 programs, supplying 34 customers in US, Europe, Mexico. Lowered and maintained inventory of finished goods to 8 hours, raw material to 2-3 days and WIP at 4 -8 hours. Prevented stock-outs; which saved hundreds of thousands of dollars. Participated as a key member in the implementation of MFG Pro, an MRPII system. This was accomplished while maintaining 60 – 72 inventory turns monthly.
