Responsible for administration and oversight of Long term contracts and price agreements for millions of dollars of aviation parts, Medical supplies, inventory control, components, rotables and sub-components. Managed hundreds of thousands of dollars of Medical equipment and supplies inventory, Maintenance contracts, logistics and construction/renovation projects for Air Medical bases nation wide. Established Kanban inventory system for hub warehouses. Sourced vendors, conducted evaluations, negotiations and managed budget for department. Implemented/lead Six Sigma projects to save hundreds of thousands of dollars on a nation wide logistics and supply chain over haul. Reduced on-hand supply requirements, Revised and negotiated vendor contracts and saved millions by preventing grounded air-medical aircraft. Utilized Earn Value Management System to track matrices and variances.
