Managed 16 vendors with a total of 170 line items. Responsible for Managing, administering and maintaining numerous multimillion dollar contracts: Prat & Whitney, Rolls Royce engines, rotor blades and machined parts. Sourced new suppliers and vendors to rekindle a completely decimated supply chain. Utilized Earned Value Management techniques. Negotiated contract terms,delivery schedules for long term contracts and price agreements and rebuilt basic supplier customer relations. Ensured compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations, U.C.C., and other procurement-related legal standards. Worked with existing suppliers to reprioritize work orders and production schedules to support this reemerging business. Evaluated supplier’s capabilities and capacities. Managed the integration and coordination of activities to achieve reduced costs and increase efficiencies.
