Daily Duties at Roche Molecular Systems:
1) Validation Test Manager: Responsible for managing the overall planning, coordination and execution of system validation plan. Involved in test cases design, conscientious and timely execution, analyze data, evaluate results, and form conclusions in developing automated assays using real-time PCR technologies. 2) LOGISTIC LEAD :Developed and implemented a process driven tracking tool for Systems Development teams to increase productivity and operational efficiency & improved forecasting, tracking spending, reporting and monitoring against PVC budget. 3)JOINT CUSTOMER VISIT INITIATIVE: Working with the team to develop & implement a systematic approach for technical staff to visit customer sites in early product development phase to foster business leadership thinking beyond individual R&D projects – to increase product development, improve efficiency, improve customer relationships, and to inspire/engage R&D employees.
