Daily Duties at Oxford Builders:
Manage all company operations and departments, for a Commercial Carpentry Construction Company, including Field Service Operations, Estimating, Finance and Administration. Develop and implement standard procedures and training documents; train and professionally develop the management, admin and field staff. Serve as company Safety Director. Incorporate and promote Total Quality Management, including Continuous Improvement; facilitate Sales & Marketing efforts.
