Senior Technician / Supervisor responsible for photo equipment performance Responsible for implementing Preventative Maintenance procedures on Photolithography equipment that resulted in record breaking “Up Time” for the Industry Designed and fabricated a Process Chemical Canister Low Level Liquid Alarm system for the SVG Coat / Develop tracks. Documented with General CAD, Excel Spreadsheet and Microsoft Word Specialty: GCA/ISI models 8500, 8000 & 6300 5X Reduction Steppers Secret and COMSEC Clearances
