Daily Duties at Cnh:

Led team of 6 sales managers and 3 service managers and coordinated sales and service activities to maximize profitability for 60 dealers. Designed and conducted training programs for all new employees and current team members, and conducted yearly performance reviews. Full and shared P&L responsibility for revenue objective, administrative, and sales and policy budgets. Enhanced corporate visibility and showcased product line by coordinating shipping and placement of over 50 pieces of equipment for 3-day Sunbelt Expo. Directed corporate and field personnel on all assignments to ensure a successful show.
