Municipal: Town Attorney for the Town of Barton, Tioga County, New York, 1992-present ; Village Attorney for the Village of Newark Valley, 2005- present; Attorney for the Tioga Fire District 2006-present; Tioga County Planning Board member 1993 – 2007; Attorney for the Borough of South Waverly (PA) Sewer Authority. Wrote legislation, provided legal advice to boards and staff, handled all of the non-bonding legal issues in the creation and construction of water and sewer improvements in the Town of Barton; water improvements in the Village of Newark Valley (in progress);prosecuted code violations. Bankruptcy: Represent debtors and creditors in chapter 7 and 13 filings, motions and hearings. In re: Francis and Darla Robinson- Case No. 00-60938, Northern District of New York, 271 B.R. 437; 2001 Bankr. LEXIS 1698; 47 Collier Bankr. Cas. 2d (MB) 816, June 27, 2001, noted on page one notes of the New York Law Journal. Real Estate: Handle residential and commercial transactions for buyers, sellers and banks. Title agent for Ticor in New York and Penn Attorneys in Pennsylvania. Represent several banks at closings including Tioga State Bank, Citizens & Northern Bank, First Citizens Bank, Community Bank, NA, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Old Republic relocation Company and other institutions in closings, foreclosures and bankruptcy issues. Handle construction loan litigation in New York. Serve as a referee in foreclosures. Estates: Probate/administer estates in New York and Pennsylvania, including will and trust construction proceedings in New York. Panel member of the Surrogate Decision Making Committee. Court evaluator, New York State Article 81 Mental Hygiene Law proceedings Family Law: Handle divorces and related proceedings in New York and Bradford County Pennsylvania.
