Daily Duties at Contact Software:

 Tested and validated all technical problems reported by the Technical Support Department for the company’s shrink-wrapped software, ACT.  Logged valid problems in the "bug database".  Served as liaison for the Technical Support Department and the Research and Development Department.  Met with development teams and executive staff to offer input for product design to reduce technical support call volume.  Developed and presented ongoing training to the Technical Support Department.  Coached new employees on taking inbound calls.  Monitored calls and provided constructive feedback.  Provided company-wide support to approximately 60 employees outside the Technical Support Department.  Provided second-level support for Macintosh and windows software.
