Daily Duties at Walgreens:
Received and interpreted prescriptions from physicians, answered medication and health-related questions from patients and other health care providers, worked with different insurance plans reimbursement processes, supervised the pharmacy technicians on duty on my shift, performed retrospective drug regimen reviews on the patients I provided pharmaceutical care for with the information that was available at the time of dispensing, took part in the inventory management aspect of pharmacy, filled prescription orders and verified the final product for quality assurance and patient safety, counseled patients on their medication therapy in accordance to pharmacy laws and regulations
