Responsible for the staffing and supervision of approximately 50 pharmacy employees, was deeply involved in writing and revising the department policies, responsible for department payroll, scheduled the pharmacists and supervised the scheduling of the pharmacy technicians by my lead pharmacy technician, in charge of preparation for inspection by Joint Commission, responsible for the monthly and yearly budgeting of the pharmacy department, served on many committees, involved in implementing new pharmacy driven clinical services involving automatic therapeutic interchanges, automatic stop dates, renal dosing and other drug specific dosing interventions
