Handled all travel arrangements both domestic and international for Managing Director as well as 4 other executives. Reconciled and submitted expense reports. Tracked all incoming and outgoing packages Created presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Set up conference calls and webcasts using Adobe Connector on a daily basis. Liaison between warehouse and North America office. Responsible for fiscal year-end inventory at off-site warehouse and corresponding with auditors. Provided customer service to our customers by following up on late shipments, defective product or mislabeled product. Sent out product samples to hospitals and laboratories on a daily basis. Ordered supplies for product validation tests. Contacted debtors about late payments and was successful in obtaining immediate payment 70% of the time. Reported on a weekly basis status of debtor collections to the corporate office in Australia. Assisted Director of Administration and Logistics with all aspects of planning for 10 trade shows a year. Ordered promotional giveaways to be used at tradeshows. Ordered product brochures using our preferred vendors. Prospected and set up meetings with cattlemen associations and specific breed associations all across the United States so that we could introduce them to ITL’s new animal blood collection line. Sent out samples of TEGO™ to farms, labs and breed associations. Attended livestock shows to exhibit and demonstrate TEGO™ to prospective customers.
