Daily Duties at Sprint/Nextel:
Responsible for providing management and leadership to Colorado and Wyoming personnel, responsible for cellular system installs, wireless network repair and maintenance. Ability to create and implement necessary processes/procedures to improve operational efficiencies. Develop and manage capital and operating budgets. Interact daily with cross-functional teams in operations, customer support, switch and engineering to ensure service level agreements are met. Worked with Lucent CDMA, Nortel and Motorola iDen technologies.
