Daily Duties at The Segal Company:
• Advise and create procedures that increases organization and efficiency through developing and maintaining administrative processes that supports departmental and organizational objectives • Thoroughly supervise large departmental projects, managing risks and assuring contingency planning • Supervise monthly operations that require certified compliance and punctual submission to the Internal Revenue Service • Intuitively rely on goals and priorities that has encouraged my track record of productively resolving issues in their initial stages • Conducted comprehensive research including research of departmental database use for multiemployer cases; information was accurately analyzed for disclosure to members of Congress • Compose models for departmental memos and spreadsheets, writing memoranda, reports, proposals and other significant documents • Establish and oversee departmental databases and quickly learn new software, programs and technology that increase the capabilities of my team
