Daily Duties at Bay Logistics:
Supervised activities in three 24/7 outsourced warehouse facilities for Ford and General Motors. Provided leadership to 40 material handles, office staff, OTR and switcher drivers and supervised off-premise vendor quality control. Inclusive were daily activity in 80 cross flow docks, piece/bulk freight for Just-In-Time delivery via ground, rail, and air freight. Initiated employee accountability regimentation and inventory control spot checking with state-of-the-art computer tracking, bar coding and scanning procedures. Played leagued golf with customers and management.
