Directed all capital improvement projects from initial bid process phase through completion. Ensured facility met fire and safety regulations and state, local, and national building codes. Managed facility energy consumption. Implemented preventative maintenance programs. Interacted with all operating departments concerning safe and efficient use of equipment and energy.
