Managed a variety of IT infrastructure and application projects at sites across Houston, including the design and implementation of Spectralink telephone systems. Managed all aspects of projects such as requirements gathering, developing cost estimates, change management, and project closure. Projects were tracked with a combination of MS Project and eProject/Daptiv. Acted as liaison to translate technical jargon into solutions that could be understood by customers. *Consistently delivered on time, under budget results while managing an average of 8 active projects of varying complexity, resulting in higher satisfaction results on customer surveys. *Spearheaded project to select, purchase, and implement customized capital project software application, thereby saving the company from future loss and streamlining capital project accounting processes. *Ensured that vendors and IT team members coordinated with and followed the directives of infection prevention and control directors in patient care areas. *Held bidder conferences with vendors to survey sites ensuring scope of work was accurately estimated and planned.
