Analysis included revenue forecasting based on analysis of markets, customers, products, price elasticity and revenue recognition. It also included expense forecasting based on a detailed examination of fixed and variable costs including staffing, cost of sales, capital expenditures, depreciation and facilities. * The result was a realistic profitability analysis of potential acquisitions having the consensus of strategic, operational and financial management and included upside and downside scenarios * Modeled in multiple currencies and determined purchase price range of targets by predicting future cash flows * Evaluated investment opportunities using IRR, NPV, payback period and other measures
