Daily Duties at Walker Zanger, Inc:
Managed 4 locations in Florida which included management of overall sales and service and managed a staff of 35 employees. Managed the branch payroll and accounting. Sales and promotion of specialty products. Took care of branch payroll by submitting/approving hours into ADP software. Keeping branch inventory intact and accounted for. Took care of client claims and for the most part (about 95%) satisfied the client's needs. I would meet with my own clients in our showrooms and put together the materials they required for their needs by drawing up quantity take-offs and totals and then close the sale with them. I would collect all payments from the showrooms and tally up the daily deposit which would be scanned into the bank. I would generate monthly sales and the close of each month and send out the numbers to the sales staff and meet with them in order to improve on their numbers.
