• Establish sales and service contracts of Hamilton Robotics instruments • Provide technical support for customers in the Southeast region • Troubleshoot, repair and calibrate Hamilton instruments • Arrange travel plans if needed • Complete proper expense reports, IQOQ, and instrument validation paperwork • Communicate with Hamilton personnel and co-workers • Maintain inventory of parts
