• Investigated adverse events, procedures and treatments; evaluated and classified appropriately. • Created and applied clinical thesauri reference tables, ensuring safety data met regulatory and international pharmaceutical development requirements. • Generated reports of coded data for review, identification and resolution. • Provide specialized training to new coding specialists on all job requirements. • Helped update and edit the coding training manual. • Met or surpassed all performance objectives. • Assumed full project responsibility for preparing domestic and international submissions. • DsNavigator: Coding tool MDV (Medical Dictionary Viewer): Browser Global Oracle Clinical • TMS (Thesaurus Management System): Term repository, coding tool and browser • ARISg: (Adverse Reaction information Systems Global): Safety term database for pre and post marketed products. • Tracked all serious adverse event reports, protocol deviation, patient status and patient enrollment through in-house IRB. • Prepares a clear and concise narrative of Serious Adverse event. • Provided Sponsored companies and FDA with full written narratives and necessary information for accurate reporting. • Assured latest version of protocols and consents were updated for in-house IRB/ regulatory files. • Experience with NCI Common Toxicity criteria • Assess and perform any investigations of adverse events, procedures and treatments with regulated guidelines. • Receive Evaluate, Classify AEs and treatment data received from clinical trials and/or Post marketing reported studies. • Communicate the structure and contents of all approved dictionaries for users of safety data
