Nov 97 to Aug 98; Project Manager, PNC Team, Client Services, First Data Resources, Inc (FDR); Responsible for the AAA cardholder project that resulted in the conversion of all AAA credit card holder (multiple millions) accounts being converted from all other banks offering this card to the new systems built at FDC for PNC Bank. Tasks included all programming requests for system build up, daily communication and problem solving with the conversion team, call center integration ( a new center had been built in North Carolina for this card group) conversion effort review, new plastic embossing and delivery to individual cardholders, notification letter preparation, printing and mail to cardholders for each conversion undertaken. May 97 to Nov 97; Performance Analyst, PNC Team, FDR; Responsible for the daily monitoring and reports for every area of FDR that provided service to PNC Bank to ensure compliance with the contract that had just been signed with them. Areas included nightly processing of credit card accounts, financial settlement between PNC and other banks and merchants, report production, cardholder statement processing and mailings and many other areas. Jan 97 to May 97 Client Team Leader, PNC Team, FDR; Responsible for a team of six client representatives that serviced the PNC Bank credit cardholder accounts.
