- Conduct plan reviews on building orders to assure engineering and building code compliance - Worked closely with sales personnel and customers in the presales stages of projects including feasibility, cost projections, and explaining benefits of Morton construction - Coordinate with crews, sales consultants, architectural drafting technicians, and construction estimators during design and construction phases of building projects - Designed and directed engineering and code compliance Sharepoint website to aid in communication with field sales consultants. - Collaborate with key Morton Buildings’ personnel to manage, design and build first ever projects in Canada - Spearheaded efforts with Canadian authorities and engineers to gain building design and component approvals - Involved in process and product improvement teams ranging from workflow optimization, low environmental impact building processes, sales support, and repetitive process elimination
