Daily Duties at Outukumpu Copper:

• Prepared all aspects of sales reporting, raw material inventory, including metal reporting, global inter-company reporting, standard monthly journal entries, reconcilement of accounts. Quarterly and yearly reports were assembled as needed by management. • Consolidation of AHE business line, with eight subsidiaries and reports related to the business line. • Assisted in general ledger conversion and created current sales reporting system. • Supervision of A/P, A/R, Invoicing and Payroll personnel and general ledger accounts. • Left position for another opportunity with Kirby Building Systems. • OUTOKUMPU AMERICAN BRASS, INC., Buffalo, NY. 5-1992- 7-1996 Treasury - Financial Analyst/Assistant Cost Analyst/AP Supervisor • Responsible for all aspects of reporting for legal company, (Outokumpu Copper, Inc.). Coordinated global inter- company reporting and consolidated all financial reporting from subsidiaries of OCI. Managed line of credit reporting, consolidated subsidiary needs, and obtained group loan on a daily basis. • Prepared capital reporting, hourly labor forecasts, compiled and analyzed operational cost reports for management. Implemented system to download data from mainframe for more accurate reporting. • Prepared all aspects of month end reporting for cash, line of credit, long term notes, management fees and inter company invoicing. Worked with EDI-ERS team to convert high volume vendors to EDI system.
